Hi Jan thanks for your invitation and thank you to for your comments. I really find rug hooking allows me to enjoy being artistic while enjoying handling fibre of any kind. Although I hook mainly in wool, I have used some other fibres and plan to do more of that and more designing. I look forward to you sharing your interests with me in the future. Sheila

I survived the storm, Jan. We were at the cottage with no power which means no water. Finally by Sunday I couldn't stand it anymore and headed back home for a shower. Things were fine at home, but not so great in downtown Halifax. Miss Nova was home alone...got her knickers in a knot . Says she can't wait to go to ON. She's getting excited about the workshop.
Jan it was great to have finally met at Sauder, the trade of cards was exciting, each session even more so. Know the ARK and all have made it to your part of Canada, enjoy the promotion of this legacy.
Hi Jan, As far as smiling all the time, my hubby would say "no"...tee hee, but during RHW it's easy...since everyone sends such wonderful rugs to the exhibit, is so creative in their classes & I get to see old friends & meet new ones....I'm so lucky to have such a great job! But this year it was a little harder to smile since I tore my ligament on Monday & had to hobble through the week in pain. But all the fun & excitement kept me going! Good Luck with your exhibit, I know it will be fabulous! Kathy
