"I am also confused about how to get you to become a member - but I am leaving town for a couple of weeks and will try to reconnect when I am back. I am also trying to get the tree photo flipped so the tree is upright......arghhhhhhh!
Barbara"
"Sue,
Have you joined the echidnas group yet? We need you to be a member! See if you have received an invitation from me and then accept. I think that is how it is done.
Barbara"
Hi Barbara , yes am getting messages it just that I'm not often able to pick them up . Please count me in with the Echidna stuff. I'm wondering if certain trees are better than others ?? May be just stuck with a silver Birch. Often think of you . Love , Sue
Thanks for the comments on my bark dyeing! Nope...there's a tree involved with tin/stainless container method...it's just that I figured after seeing all the samples people figured out that I did the vinegar/bark roll but I simply "cooked 'em" in two different containers...the metals make the difference!
Hope all is well in the snowy north...we are reeeeeeal ready do be done with rain and floods but it looks like a wet autumn...neat! Grrrrrr.
How nice to see you here and how wonderful that you are planning to attend the meeting this fall - I am a bit envious since I won't be there. I am sure you only need to bring your friendship pieces to the conference, but you might ask Judi or one of the other conference organizers if there is any procedure. I just sent mine to Judith Stephens since I won't be there.
