  Hi Ann - I've also sent you an invite to be my friend - when you accept your name/icon will show up on my page and I can click it there to get to your page rather than having to go thru the Members heading. Also anyone who is shown as "a friend" on a members page can be added to a message that member is composing to someone else.
  I've just looked at the Special Events again - it's pretty straight forward - you can add more than one name as organizer. Have a go at it contact Judi or myself if you need help Cheers Jo
